To cancel your booking, contact us directly by WhatsApp or email with your booking number. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used.
Important notes
- •Refunds are calculated on the amount actually paid at the time of cancellation.
- •The credit equals the full amount paid and can be used once, for another date within the 12 months following the cancellation, subject to availability.
- •Bookings cancelled due to force majeure are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- •JB Campers reserves the right to cancel bookings for operational reasons, in which case a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.
